Dictation can be completed via hand-held digital recorder, telephone, cellphone or computer.
InSync: Application used to upload audio files from a digital recorder or from a specific file location on a computer's hard disk drive, and will capture the users location and other settings on its configuration. Also captures document template from digital recorder itself after InSync has formatted it for use with combined package.
InScribe: Program used by medical language specialists to download, play and transcribe electronic sound files. The document bodies created using InScribe are then uploaded and inserted into various templates which creates a final transcribed document.
InQuiry: Clinicians and staff members can view, edit and process transcribed documents. Not all staff members have access, however. Access is given based upon permission and/or location base.
